Lead data-use & provider rules
These rules apply to providers that receive or request leads through WeddingPhotosNYC.com.
Use the lead only for the request
Use customer information only to evaluate and respond to the specific service request supplied to you and to maintain reasonable records of any resulting customer relationship.
No resale or unrelated marketing
Do not resell, broker, publish, enrich for unrelated profiling, or add a supplied lead to unrelated marketing lists. If a person asks not to be contacted about the request, stop further contact unless a lawful reason requires otherwise.
Security and deletion
Restrict access to people who need the information to respond, use reasonable safeguards, and delete or de-identify unused lead copies when they are no longer reasonably needed. Promptly report suspected unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse involving a supplied lead.
Independent responsibility
You remain responsible for your own licences, insurance, qualifications, pricing, service scope, customer communications, marketing rules, permits and legal obligations. Routing is not an endorsement.
Portfolio and availability accuracy
Photographers must accurately represent their own portfolio, pricing range, availability, team structure and capabilities. Do not claim a lead or listing is an endorsement by this site.
Quality controls
Routing may consider geography, capabilities, current capacity, response performance, complaints and customer fit. A provider may be paused or removed for poor response, inaccurate capability claims, privacy/security issues or regulatory risk.
