WeddingPhotosNYC.com is an independent information, request-intake and provider-matching property. Using the site does not create a professional, agency, employment, fiduciary, partnership or exclusive relationship.
Independent providers
Providers are independent businesses. Unless an actual written relationship says otherwise, the site does not represent a provider as an employee, agent, partner, exclusive provider or endorsed business.
No guarantee
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will contact, quote, accept, book or complete it. Pricing, scope, timing, credentials, warranties and service decisions are between the customer and provider.
Photography services and locations
The site is not a photography studio, planner or permit office. Photographers control their own availability, contracts, pricing, deliverables, insurance and service. Couples and photographers remain responsible for venue/location permissions and applicable permits or clearances.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or submit information you do not have authority to provide.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy notice. Providers are expected to follow the Provider rules.
Availability and changes
The site may change, suspend or discontinue features, geographic coverage or routing at any time. Content is general information and may become outdated.
